Premium Footwear Online Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days to return your purchase if you need to, We will be happy to exchange sizes/colours if available or alternatively we can offer you a credit or refund.
  • Please include a order number with your return.
  • Items listed as SALE cannot be returned for change of mind refund or exchange.
  • Premium Footwear has the right to decline a return of any items damaged or showing signs of wear. In the rare case this does occur you will be notified via email and the items returned to you.
  • Any items returned/exchanged must be unworn, in original packaging/shoe box.
  • The customer is responsible for the return of shoes until the item is physically received by Premium Footwear.
  • Postage costs on all returns are at the customer’s expense.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please make sure the shoes and box are safely wrapped in suitable packaging. Shoes will not be accepted if the shoe box is used as the post box. It is part of the original packaging and needs to be returned in the same condition. 
  • Return in store is also available if the shoes are in original packaging and unworn.
